 I Am Healer Heather, Aligning Spine & Spirit: Helping Folks Heal Foundationally.

We are all related, yet every person has a unique blend of characteristics and needs. Empowering people (no matter what age or sensitivity to heal and learn how their body, mind, and spirit work together are my main goals. Ultimately, I aim to create a safe healing space and help my patients relax, rehabilitate, and rejuvenate!

I have an integrative focus on results-oriented treatments delivered with a confident, compassionate, and gentle touch.  I’m here to help you in your healing.  Blessed with a deep interest in medicine and encouraged to massage as a child athlete, I’ve helped people with my hands now for over 37 years. 

As in all traditional healing arts, I trained and apprenticed through to professional licensure then National Certification in both massage and acupuncture.  Along my journey, I’ve also studied the role our minds and hearts have in how we feel and heal. I’ve learned our bodies are truly a reflection of our spirit, and at our base, we are all energy.  

Subsequently, in addition to treating the body, I now also incorporate vibrational medicines such as tuning forks, electric stimulation, crystals, and aromatherapy when it’s warranted.  I’m often a person’s last resort before surgery or insanity, and I take my work very seriously.  I always work to find the root cause and bring the body back to balance.
