Heal at your foundational level during a session with Dr. Heather following her comprehensive exam. Prior to your arrival, please download the initial visit forms, and have them filled out for review, including a list of your current medications and any recent or pertinent films, labs, reports, or doctor’s notes, such as blood work, x-rays, or MRIs.  Your treatment will be customized to you, and questions you may have about the treatment will be answered so you feel safe and comfortable with your session.  Bring or come in comfortable loose-fitting clothing. Remove jewelry, watches, etc. Depending on your goals, a treatment plan, homework, and supplements including herbs and nutrition may be discussed. You are always welcome and encouraged to ask questions when you come. Please silence your phone.

Treatment time: normally 75-90 minutes plus examination
